The EWC management consulting activities focus on the provision of Technical Assistance in a variety of sectors for international development projects, with a specialisation on EU funded projects aiming at supporting beneficiary countries in the management of EU funds in the DIS(Decentralized implementation System).
EWC also provides IT solutions and Human Resources development programmes through the Corporate Development Process for private companies and public sector bodies to increase their productivity through analysing the motivation of their work force.
