Corporate Development Process or CDP CDP is a model that develops organisations efficiency centring on their people commitment, sense of responsibility and loyalty. It is a sophisticated computer-assisted motivation analysis and training process. CDP pinpoints motivation shortcomings and strengths, and provides insights, which enable management to improve those factors that influence workforce motivation private and public organisations.
