CDP is a model that develops organisations efficiency centring on their people commitment, sense of responsibility and loyalty.

It is a sophisticated computer-assisted motivation analysis and training process. CDP pinpoints motivation shortcomings and strengths, and provides insights, which enable management to improve those factors that influence workforce motivation private and public organisations.

The model is an operative tool that is also applied in EC projects for Human Resources strategic development programmes.
