Technical Assistance EWC has extensive experience in managing technical assistance projects, particularly for the European Commission mainly in the following regions/EC programs: Phare, Tacis, Cards/EAR, Meda, Africa, the Caribbean region, Latin and South-America and the Pacific Islands. EWC specialises in mobilising teams of multi-disciplinary experts working in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the support to Aid Coordination Units, Central Finance and Contract Units (CFCUs), National Funds and other Institution dealing with the programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EC funds. The EWC experts provide consulting advice for institutional development and reform, capacity building, financial planning and management, strategic planning, design and delivery of training programmes, to name but a few areas. TA projects require careful management, thus EWC prides itself on the quality of its project management abilities, providing full back-up to the teams in the field and a flexible approach to cater to the client's needs. |
